How do I know if the order is already shipped?
You will receive another email “Your order shipment is on the way” once we have shipped out your order.

Returns & Exchange


We gladly accept returns & exchanges within 14 days from receiving your order.

To make a return or exchange, please read the information below and contact us here or email us at info@dooziewear.com

– The products must be in ordinary condition: unworn, unwashed, without any kind of damage, without makeup or fake tan stains etc.
– Customer must return the products within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that she has delivered the items to the logistics company.

– Customer must pay for the postage cost to send the products back to us.
– Once we have accepted the returned products:
Return – we will return all of the order amount immediately but no later than within 14 days of receiving the application for return.
Exchange – we will ship out products in the new size you requested.
– Please note: We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

– You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
