Overview
1. The owner of the online store dooziewear.com (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Dooziewear OÜ (registry code 16245695), located at Pärnati, Saarde, Pärnu county, Estonia.
1.1 The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
1.2 Dooziewear reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale. These changes are reflected on our website´s page “TERMS & CONDITIONS”. Orders submitted prior to the new terms are subject to the conditions applicable at the time of placing the order.
1.3 By purchasing goods at Dooziewear, the Consumer confirms that they are familiar and agree to the terms of sale.

Placing an order
2. Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using Visa/Mastercard:
  1) Bank transfers: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Germany
  2) VISA/Mastercard
  NB! When paying via bank transfer, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.
2.1 Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank transfer in the secure environment of the corresponding bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. Dooziewear does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit cards details.
2.2 The owner of Dooziewear is controller of customer’s personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor to Montonio Finance UAB.
2.3 The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the Dooziewear.
2.4 If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 7 days of receiving the notification. 
2.5 Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders will arrive to customer in 1-3 days.

Prices
3. Product’s prices are shown in Euro € and include 0% VAT.
3.1 The shipping fee is added to the total price.
3.2 Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. Dooziewear can not inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.

Discount codes
4. All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs.
4.1 You can not use multiple discounts at the same time.
4.2 Discount codes can be applied by typing the code in the “Coupon” field in Cart or Checkout and clicking “Apply coupon”.

Payment
5. All the payment methods are listed in section 2.
5.1 Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Shipment/Delivery of goods
6. In the checkout, when proceeding to the payment, you can see what countries we ship to. Or you can check the countries here
6.1 Orders in Estonia reach the customer in 1-2 days, international orders take average of 6 days. More information about shipping times here
6.2 All prices are listed exclusive of shipping fees. The shipping fee is added to the total price and shall be paid by the customer. The shipping fee is announced in the checkout page when placing an order.
6.3 We only provide the information necessary about you to the companies involved in delivering your order, handling your payment and the transport to your home, for example, your telephone number in case there is any problem with delivering your order.

Customs
7. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country when buying from outside of Estonia. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. Dooziewear can not inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.

Return policy
8. We gladly accept returns and customer has the right to return the clothes within 14 days from receiving the order.
8.1 In order to return the goods, a request to return must be written and sent to the e-mail address info@dooziewear.com not later than within 14 days upon receiving the items. More information about Returns here
8.2 The product(s) and package must be in ordinary condition (without wear, without stains, without any kind of damage, without makeup or fake tan stains etc.). If the returned goods or package has been damaged in some way, then the product is non-returnable and transportation costs for degraded goods are borne by the Buyer.
8.3 The consumer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the logistics company.
8.4 Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
8.5 Upon receiving the returned items, Dooziewear shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than within 14 days of receiving the application for return, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
8.6 Dooziewear may refuse to process the refund until it receives the item that is the object of the contract or until the buyer submits proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.
8.7 Dooziewear reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

Processing of personal data
9. Dooziewear only uses the personal data entered by the customer (including name, phone number, address and e-mail) for processing the order and sending products to the customer. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the products. By accepting these terms & conditions you also accept that Dooziewear collects and handle your personal information. 
9.1 Dooziewear sends newsletters and offers to the customer’s e-mail address only if the customer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
9.2 The customer is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail info@dooziewear.com or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer. 
9.3 Dooziewear do not have access to your bank’s data.

Defective goods
10. Dooziewear is responsible for the non-compliance of the products sold to the costumer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for the defects which existed at the time of delivery of the item and which become evident within up to two years of the delivery of the products to the buyer. Within the first year after the item was delivered to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is Dooziewear´s responsibility to prove otherwise.
10.1 Customer has the right to contact Dooziewear within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing us info@dooziewear.com
10.2 Dooziewear is not liable for defects that have occurred due to the consumer’s action or inaction (incorrect use, an accident, etc.) after the products were delivered or in the case of normal wear and tear caused by normal use of the item.
10.3 If products bought from Dooziewear have defects for which we are responsible, we replace the defective products. If the products can not be replaced, Dooziewear shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
10.4 Dooziewear will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form within 15 days. 

Force majeure
11. Dooziewear does not bear responsibility for any loss or delivery of goods if the goods are delivered to the logistics partners at the right time, but the delivery is due to circumstances that we could not influence or anticipate. But we are always ready to find the best solution for customers with these kind of situations.

Complaints
12. We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your order. All complaints made by a customer about the online store can be e-mailed to info@dooziewear.com
12.1 If the customer and Dooziewear are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a customer and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the customer.
